 "Can't Log In" - "Website Down"
Solution If it appears that your website is down it may be that you have been Blacklisted. This is usually because you have made 5 incorrect Login Attempts.

To get unblocked send a support Ticket with your IP address. If you don't know your IP address go to http://www.Ipchicken.com and you will see the IP address in the middle of the screen.

If you don't have a fixed IP address and you can't wait then switch off your Internet by powering down your router or ADSL Box and restart after a few minutes. You will probably have been assigned a new IPaddress so you can access your site again.
